Great news! We ship everywhere.
As soon as your order leaves our facility we will notify you via email and provide you with the tracking number.
If you have your own shipping account that you would like to use, contact us prior to placing your order.
At Emilio Robba, we do our best so that your order will arrive safely and free from any damages. However, accidents do occur from time to time. If something happened to your item(s) while in transit, contact us as soon as you receive the order to file a claim. Specific instructions can be found on the Claim Form sent with your shipment.
Production Time
Most of our products are handmade and only made to order. Small floral arrangements, such as Flower Bowls, T-light Candles, Bloom Collections may take 7-14 business days in production. Larger floral arrangements and plants may take 15-30 business days in production. (Current production time may be extended due to COVID-19.)
White Glove Delivery
If you live in Miami (or the surrounding areas) and want your item(s)to be professionally delivered by us, give us a call at (305) 572-0203 for a delivery estimate. Our White Glove Delivery includes: packaging, delivery, unloading and placing of item(s), and removal of packaging materials.
