The photographer Emilio Robba has two passions : Nature and Travel and has a different approach for each.

Portrait photographer of Nature, he composes over and over again until he achieves his personal vision that becomes almost unreal.
Thus he exploits the light, the graphics as well as the effects of texture produced by the layering of leaves, of bark or slender nourishing veins.
Resolutely abstract and unusual, these photographs nevertheless preserve a narrow link with nature and reveal its disturbing beauty, sensuality and mystery.

Travelling photographer, he abandons himself to the seduction of a look, a face, a landscape, the obscure light and shadow of a narrow lane, the reflections of a floating market.
Contemplatively attached to mankind and to his environment, he privileges human encounter and interaction to the stolen photo.

The osmosis between him and the subject reveals an emotion, a gesture and frames a fragment of reality.
